Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You have received a wrong item or damaged product.

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• You notify us within 7 days of delivery via email at Wholesomemart official@gmail.com.

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used products.

• Items purchased under clearance, discounts, or promotional offers.

• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank/UPI/card).

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement in cases where:

• You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

• Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them if they have not yet been shipped.

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost.

• If the return is due to customer preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
