We accept returns only under the following conditions:
You have received a wrong item or damaged product.
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
You notify us within 7 days of delivery via email at Wholesomemart official@gmail.com.
⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Opened or partially used products.
Items purchased under clearance, discounts, or promotional offers.
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank/UPI/card).
Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement in cases where:
You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them if they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
